Later, the promiscuous gold-digger Miss Pepeiye, a prominent female character, was introduced.

Adenuga also published Super Story, a satirical magazine, and Binta, a magazine for younger audiences.

Film/Television Production

The economic slump that hit Nigerian publications in the late 1980s forced Adenuga to switch from print to electronic media.

Prior to the expansion of the film business, in 1983, Adenuga launched the motion picture Papa Ajasco, which was based on the protagonist of Ikebe Super.

The Ajasco Family is now known as Papa Ajasco. The following year, the show was premiered on Nigerian television.

Institutions

On 24 September 1994, Walen Adenuga together with his wife Ehiwenma co-founded Binta International School.

Later in 2004, Wale Adenuga founded The Pencil Film and Television Institute, (PEFTI). The school offers classes in producing, directing, and cinematography.
