Allegations of sexual harassment

Timi Dakolo, a gospel singer and the wife of famed photographer Busola Dakolo, said that Fatoyinbo sexually assaulted her twice as a minor roughly 20 years ago.

However, Fatoyinbo refuted the accusation. Busola Dakolo then went ahead and accused Fatoyinbo of rape, but the court dismissed the case since it was frivolous and only motivated by sentiment.

Busola was given a one million naira fine by the court for taking up unnecessary time.
